All our bikes, including VANPOWERS bikes, come with a warranty to safeguard against manufacturing defects. The warranty generally extends to most non-wearable components and accessories for 12 months.
It’s important to book a post-delivery inspection as improper assembly or setup can be dangerous and may void the warranty. During the hire period, all equipment is the property of BOURNEX, and you should take care to maintain the warranty’s validity. At the end of the hire period, you may choose to take ownership, and we will then transfer any remaining warranty to you.
If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us first. We will collaborate with the brand to resolve the matter per their terms and conditions promptly.
We strive to provide a courtesy bike during the duration of your warranty claim, subject to availability.
