Delivery Times and Locations
- E-bikes can only be delivered to the customer’s home address.
- Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday.
Delivery by Brand
- If your e-bike is delivered directly by the chosen brand, it will arrive boxed and approximately 85% assembled.
- The brand ensures that the e-bike is safe, meets stringent quality assurance standards, and is carefully packed before shipping.
- Customers can easily complete the assembly using the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
Delivery by BOURNEX
- If the delivery is handled by BOURNEX, customers have two options:
- DIY Package: The e-bike will be delivered in a package for self-assembly.
- Assembled Delivery (Additional Charge of £300): Upon request, BOURNEX will fully assemble the e-bike along with any chosen accessories. The e-bike will be fully charged and ready to ride, requiring only a quick fitting upon arrival.
