Compensation for Repairs
- BOURNEX offers compensation for repair costs up to £100. This applies to repairs addressing mechanical or electrical issues diagnosed by these shops.
- To avail of this compensation, please first contact us at sales@bournex.com with a description of the issue. We will confirm the diagnosis and guide you on the next steps.
Process for Claiming Compensation
- Contact BOURNEX at sales@bournex.com detailing the issue.
- Upon our confirmation, get the repair done at your local bicycle shop.
- Submit the repair receipt/invoice to us via email.
- We will process the compensation claim up to £100.
